Frugalista Chic: Wet N Wild Haul

Wanted to make a quick post on my latest drugstore makeup haul. I must say I was a snob when it came to makeup before my friend Tat -Close Eye Typing- urged me to give Wet n Wild a try, and after a long thought (almost 3 months) I decided to give it a try. Have not tried these yet, but hopefully will be posting swatches in a few days. But I most say, they look gorgeous! And those neutrals, go right up my alley. =)

These go great for all skin tones, some one thought they would be great for all budgets too!!! ELF's Gotta Glow is "yellower," I might as well think of it as having a little more gold, and the flakes appear more visible than Albatross. Similar to the other blushers from ELF, it feels more "chalky" upon application than the NARS Albatross. But seriously who cares??? It blends great! They look almost identical in pictures, so I won't tell if you don't. =)

These colors are so great for all skin tones, some one thought they would be great for all budgets too!!! ELF's product is practically the same as the Nars counterpart with a few exceptions. Its more powdery & pigmented than the Nars Duo, so you have to watch for the heavy hand on this one. And since is more powdery, it might run out more quickly than the Nars duo. But think, how many ELF duos can you buy with $39.00 dollars? Not to mention that ELF is having a sale till August 30th with 30%!!!
