Hey Guys! So this are the pictures from the Navy Blue Eyes tutorial that uploaded on YouTube yesterday. I did this look inspired by a Forever21 shirt I bought a while back (I'll post a picture of it!). The day that I created this look, everyone had to comment on it everywhere I went, so I decided to recreated for you! I need to find a better camera or an editing software because the pictures don't do the look justice (same as my other tutorial looks). I'll get into that later, so...
