Mac's Spring Colour 4 Forecast Mini Haul Swatches
Hello again! Today I am going to talk a little bit about Spring Colour 4 Forecast eyeshadows and lipgloss. I have always loved makeup, but like many wasn't that much interested on eyeshadows and just was in a quest for perfect complexion. But, my passion for makeup has diversified now on to other makeup related and fun things, such as eyeshadows and a whole lot of lipgloss! =) So, I am starting to create my Mac Collection, I have been very interested in the collection eyeshadows because, as you may know, each Mac eyeshadow costs $14.50 (without tax) per each on its individual cases, and $11 (with out tax) for individual pro "refills" which isn't any other than lose single pans. So, I've figured to pack up on collection eyeshadows, which 4 including its case cost you $36, which I think by Mac standards it's a pretty good deal. You still need to buy a few most eyeshadows that an key to a beautiful makeup (the regular ones, like carbon, expresso, or gesso), but you may buy them little by little without breaking the bank. These four limited-edition Eye Shadows complement the yellow/gold palette of the Spring Colour Forecast collection.
The first swatch is the lipgloss, Almondine, which costs $14 is "designed to be worn on its own, over Lip Pencil or Lipstick, Tinted Lipglass is the perfect product for creating shine that lasts. It's pigmented, very shiny and can impart subtle or dramatic colour. It contains Jojoba Oil to help soften and condition the lips. Tinted Lipglass is packaged in a convenient bottle with a sponge tip applicator that provides a quick, smooth, even application." The eyeshadows from left to right are: Manila Paper (pale frosted with white gold -Veluxe pearl-) Flip (Bronze Gold -Frost-), Aztec Brick (frosted true copper -Veluxe Pearl-), and finally Creole Beauty (frosted dark golden brown -frost-) Their are a few of these that can be replaced by other similar Mac eyeshadows, but for beginner's trying to build a collection bit by bit, it's a great buy! Until next time! =)
xoxo,
Joanne
Mac's Spring Colour ForecastI Stacked1! Crush Metal Pigments Swatches
This are swatches of Mac's Stacked1! Crush Metal Pigments from the Spring Colour Forecast I. The texture looks really rugged, and it applies really smooth and heavily pigmented. They are a great buy since all of these come in generous containers and all four cost $32.50, as opposed to Mac's Original Pigments which cost $19 for each color. These babies are gonna last you a long time, and you are not going to regret buying them. From left to right the colors are: Light Lilac Frost, Dark Purple Frost, Pale Pink Frost, & Mid Tone Rose Frost. I used the kits lightest colors on my last Youtube Tutorial. Enjoy!
